This project consisted of an interior renovation project being completed in four phases. The entire project was 20,078 sq. ft. of patient rooms. We started this project during COVID and had to take the minimum amount of patient rooms at a time to ensure the hospital had the all the beds they needed to operate. The scope of the project included but was not limited to  demolition, millwork, acoustical and gypsum board ceilings systems, flooring, painted finishes, gypsum board partitions, doors & frames & hardware, wall protection, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and fire & life safety systems.
