This project consisted of a renovation of the Chemistry Lab to include updated instruments and automation track. The project was approximately 2,965 sq ft. Heavy communication with the automation track supplier was key to this renovation to ensure all the infrastructure was in the correct place. We had multiple meetings onsite and virtual to ensure we were all on the same page so the install would go smoothly. The scope of the project included but was not limited to  demolition, abatement, millwork, acoustical and gypsum board ceilings systems, flooring, painted finishes, gypsum board partitions, doors & frames & hardware, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and fire & life safety systems
