NCSU College of Veterinary Medicine South Theater

NCSU’s CVM South Theater project consisted of demolition of existing theater and renovation to update the space. Project was completed successfully during the summer months to minimize impact on the student population and ensure classes would occur as scheduled in the fall. Project included extensive demolition to allow for mechanical and electrical upgrades to the space as well as acoustical ceiling tile and installation of new Carpet and VCT flooring. Also, this project required Exterior wall and door demolition to allow for structural steel installation to accommodate a new storefront window. Concrete work was also required to relocate steps for new desks and new cable trenches in the floor. All concrete work was self-performed by Riley Contracting Group.
