The B104 Lab project included the renovation of approximately 7,700 square-feet on the first floor of the CVM Main Building on NC State University’s campus. The renovation area included approximately 5,400 square-feet of laboratory and support space and 2,300 square-feet of office and storage space. The B104 Lab remained operational during the Fall and Spring semesters. Construction scheduling and phasing was key to the success of the renovation.
