Estey Hall – NCSU
This historical renovation completely spanned four stories, both interior and exterior. It covered restoring all windows, exterior brick restoration, patio additions, exterior detailing, new stairwells, adding a fully functional auditorium, repairing/replacing wood flooring, as well as renovations to all existing classrooms.
1911 Building – NCSU
This 100 year old historic Victorian structure occupies 49,000 square feet, which were completely renovated and restored in 2008. From the exterior masonry to the original windows, exacting materials were used from top to bottom. This project included installation of new plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems. The addition of a beautiful two-story atrium opening into the “Court of Carolinas” is an impressive and notable feature on this project.
