Brixx Wood Fired Pizza, Cary

  • Scope: Fit-up with high grade finishes
  • Total Project Cost: $730,000
  • Type of Project: Restaurant
  • Length of Project: 3 months

Riley Contracting Group completed the Brixx Wood Fired Pizza in West Cary’s Bradford Shopping Center. The 3,704-square-foot space was custom built for the popular pizza restaurant. The scope of the project included a new storefront, sliding glass doors, stained concrete floors, thin brick masonry, two bathrooms, a kitchen with complete appliances to include the circular Brixx Wood Fired pizza oven, dining area and bar area, and an outdoor patio area overlooking Bradford’s scenic landscaping and fountain.

When the lighting manufacturer was unable to deliver the preselected lights on time – one week before the restaurant was due to open – Riley Contracting Group was able to find a suitable temporary replacement just in time for the grand opening. The team installed the new lights during off business hours, enabling Brixx’s business operations to continue unimpeded. As a result of this exceptional work and willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done, Brixx Wood Fired Pizza contracted Riley Contracting Group to also build another restaurant location in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
